We print our products as customers order them. Please allow 2-7 business days.
Please allow 2-5 business days for shipping domestically within the USA.
Yes, we ship internationally! Please allow 2-4 weeks.
2. What's your return policy?
We don't accept returns. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just email us and tell us what went wrong, send along a pic and we assess each issue on a case by case basis.
Refunds are offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@mindsetmerch.net
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong color, defective, or otherwise not what you ordered then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are wrong or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
